1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original
  tags and packaging intact, exactly as received.
• Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Return Period:

• All returns must be initiated and shipped back to us within 14 days of the
  delivery date. Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted.
  

3. Refunds and Exchanges:

• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method once the
  returned item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our
  return requirements.
• If the returned item cannot be restocked due to wear, damage, or other
  disqualifying conditions, no refund will be issued.
• If you wish to exchange an item, we will replace it with another product of
  equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Any price differences for
  exchanges must be resolved at the time of the exchange.

4. Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases
  where the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48
  hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work
  to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or refund.
  

6. Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for
